Meadow Lakes is a well equipped park set on the side of a hill in 56 acres of rolling Cornish countryside, with woodland and lakes making it a wonderful place for a family holiday. There are over 200 pitches, the 159 touring pitches are sloping, on grass or hardstanding. Ninety-three have 10A electricity, and all have views of the lakes or surrounding rural countryside. The central farm buildings house all the amenities, including playbarn, games room and shop. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool, four coarse fishing lakes (each stocked with different fish), a pets’ corner and outdoor play area.

A proportion of the site is given over to smart wooden lodges available to buy and holiday caravans and small bungalows to rent or buy. In one corner there are two camping pods to rent. The owners encourage a happy and friendly atmosphere.

Facilities at Meadow Lakes

New toilet block containing en-suite units, one with a bath. Launderette. Shop. Heated outdoor swimming pool (27/5-4/9). Indoor and outdoor play areas. Tennis court. Fishing (free, but rod licence needed). Play areas. Pets’ corner. Bicycle hire (delivered to site). WiFi by reception (free).

Directions to Meadow Lakes

Site is 4.5 miles west of St Austell bypass. Take A390 towards Truro. Turn left on B3287 signed Tregony, site is in 1 mile on left.
