An extremely well run site, Riva Verde offers everything a camper could require. The site stretches 1.5 km. beside the Adriatic with an escalator to bring clients back up the steep slope from the beach. A shuttle bus runs along the coast from the site entrance. There are 450 small pitches with 420 for touring (electricity 6-10A), shaded by mature trees and with views over the Adriatic. Private toilet and bathroom facilities are available at a supplement. A large aqua park provides slides, swimming pools and children’s pools, all surrounded by a sunbathing area. All the pitches are terraced above the road, motorway and railway and some noise must be expected at all times. Entrance to the site is via a tunnel, and the access road is steep.

This is a lively site with plenty of on-site activities catering for all the family, including a miniclub and discos. Access to the beach is via a tunnel under the autostrada and railway. Although there are facilities for campers with disabilities, the site is not ideal for those who have walking difficulties or cannot manage a steep slope.

Eight well equipped and maintained toilet blocks with all necessary facilities including accessible facilities. Bar, restaurant, takeaway, pizzeria. Shops. Swimming pool complex. Solarium. Disco. Games/TV room. Tennis. Minigolf. Dogs and other animals are not accepted.

Directions to Centro Vacanze Riva Verde

Heading south on A14, leave at junction for Fermo and Porto San Giorgio, and join southbound SS16. The entrance to site is 5 km. south of San Giorgio on right – look for the flags. Sat nav co-ordinates are for site entrance, not reception.
