In the southernmost province of Italy, Calabria, Villaggio Camping Mimosa has a great location on the Tyrrhenian Sea. This area is also known as the green coast of Calabria, and it shows in the exceptional landscapes and beautiful beaches. Sicily is easily accessible from the site, as is the unique volcanic island of Stromboli. There are several small villages near the site, such as Rosarno and Nicotera.

The site has 80 grass/hardstanding pitches, 50 of which are for touring units and have a 12-amp hook-up point. There are pitches under the trees, in a small orchard, or an open field. In places with less natural shade, canvas has been stretched over them to give shade. A short walk via a path will get you to the campsite's private beach, perfect for passing the time, swimming and sunbathing. There are also free sunbeds and canoes. Camping Villaggio Mimosa offers several services that will grant a comfortable holiday here. There are plenty of facilities, with a Bar and restaurant serving traditional Italian dishes and wood-fired pizza. There is a mini market, a little play park for children and a swimming pool. There is also an entertainment team for children and adults, including a mini club.

Directions to Camping Villaggio Mimosa

From the E45/A3 Salerno-Reggio take the Rosarno exit. Join the SS682 to Rosano. At Rosano follow directions to San Ferdinando. In San Ferdinando turn right onto Provinciale Nord which then becomes Via Provinciale Per Nicotera and finally Strada Communale S.Ferdinando-Nicotera. Cross the river Mesima and the road now bears right. After the bend turn left Contrada Mortelletto and follow site signs.
