Camping Village Santapomata is a traditional type of campsite with direct access to a sandy beach. There are 362 pitches with just 2A electricity, shaded by tall pines. Pitches vary from roomy to rather tight, some are close to the beach and have privacy. The whole site appears a little dated but is popular with some regular visitors and prices are reasonable compared to some in the area. A short walk takes you to the first section of beach where you are required to pay for sun loungers and umbrellas, filling the beach in unbroken rows. The area beyond this is free but you will have a longer walk. Off-pitch parking is compulsory.

Staff will be happy to give you advice and information on excursions and trips in the surrounding area, by coach or boat, to Florence, Rome, Sovana, Pitigliano, Elba, Giglio and Giannutri Islands. Thanks to its location at the heart of Tuscany, the area offers landscapes of incomparable beauty, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. The site is just 7 km. away from Castiglione della Pescaia.

Two clean but dated sanitary blocks are equipped with a mixture of squat and British style WCs, showers and washbasins. Accessible facilities. Laundry. Shop. Bar with TV. Restaurant/pizzeria. Takeaway. Play area. Miniclub (July/Aug). Pedalo and canoe hire. WiFi (free). Private beach.

Directions to Camping Village Santapomata

From the SS1 motorway and the north, exit at Follonica north. Take SP322 Delle Collacchie via Castiglione della Pescaia. Then take the SP62 for Rochette and look for site signs in 1.5 km.
