Camping Albatros is situated on the historic Costa Degli Etruschi and is a huge site with something for everyone. Of the 1,000 shaded pitches (6/10A electricity), the 200 for touring are in a separate area on flat ground. All have water and drainage. The top-quality facilities and entertainment here are so good that you need not leave the site during your holiday. The extensive pools and water features are outstanding and the wide range of recreational facilities are superb. This is a great site for family holidays if you do not mind a few queues and several thousand people holidaying around you.

The cheerful staff have a very professional approach and will ensure you are well looked after during your stay. There is however much to see and explore in the area and a wide range of excursions and walks are organised by the information point. A card system is in place here rather than using cash and time should be allowed for charging the card and recovering cash when required as there may be a queue. A free beach shuttle runs in high season and is very popular.

Facilities at Camping Park Albatros

Two superb circular toilet blocks with brilliant rooms for children. All WCs are British style and there are hot showers and accessible facilities. Washing machines. Huge air-conditioned supermarket. Bazaar. Beauty salon. Lagoon complex with five amazing pools (one covered and heated). Central area includes two bars, two restaurants and pizzeria with large terrace with waiter service. Takeaway. Daily entertainment programme in season. Disco. Miniclub (4-12 yrs). Minigolf. New play areas (2013). Diving organised. Bicycle hire. No barbecues allowed. WiFi over site (charged). Train around site in high season.

Directions to Camping Park Albatros

Site is northwest of Grossetto and south of Livorno on the coast. From the SS1 take San Vincenzo exit. Site is well signed in San Vincenzo and is 6 km. south of village along the beach road.
