Camping Navarrete is a clean site in which the family owners take great pride. Suitable as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside and sampling wonderful wines as it is located in the heart of La Rioja, or for stopping en route to or from Santander or Bilbao. Many of the 180 pitches are taken up by static caravans but a designated grassy area has been set aside for 40 unmarked, spacious touring pitches with 5A electricity. Some have shade and there are good views of the Rioja valley. The good facilities include a restaurant and bar which are open all year (not Mondays in low season). Noise is possible from the road.
The site is mainly given over to Spanish weekenders with permanent pitches that form the central part. These are arranged in a grid pattern creating a rather formal feel to the site. However, good facilities are provided for touring units along with a very friendly welcome and readily available food and drink. The area is surrounded by many villages and places of historic and artistic importance, including many connected to the famous wine production. The nearby town of Navarrete provides restaurants, bars and shops whilst the area generally is full of bodegas and wine tasting opportunities.

One modern central sanitary block with heating is clean and provides open style washbasins and separate shower cubicles. Accessible Facilities. Laundry facilities. Motorhome services. Bar with mini-market, restaurant and takeaway (closed Mon. in low season). Outdoor swimming pool and soft ball pool for young children (15/6-15/9). Games machines. Multisports court. Unfenced play area. Barbecues are allowed in special area of the campsite. WiFi in bar area (free).

From AP68 take exit 11 signed Navarrete. At town centre turn left onto LR137 signed Entrena. Site is on the right in 800 m.
