Camping Linda is a welcoming, family run site, situated behind the dyke on the shores of the Oosterschelde, with direct access to a small beach. The area is ideal for watersports enthusiasts and particularly popular with divers. Pitches are a good size, level and grassy, with 50 out of 350 places reserved for touring. Most of these are situated in the quieter part of the site, across a narrow lane close to the beach access and fishing. Other pitches are closer to the reception area. All have electricity (6/10A), water and TV connection. In high season a comprehensive entertainment programme is organised.

There are many opportunities for walking and cycling along the dykes, with lovely views over the water. This is a pleasant area, with a real holiday atmosphere. The village of Wemeldinge (500 m), with two working windmills, is one of the oldest of the province and well worth a visit. The church, Maartenskerke, was founded in about 1200 making it one of the oldest in Zeeland. The Oosterschelde estuary has a colourful underwater world for divers and is the habitat for dozens of species of birds, seals and porposes.

Directions to Camping Linda

From the south, take A58 towards Vlissingen. Leave at exit 35 and head north towards Kapelle. Continue on N670 to Wemeldinge. Site is next to Yacht Haven and is well signed.
