Camping L’Alqueria is situated on the main Gandia to Grau road and, although in an urban location, it is 1 km. from the beaches of Gandia. The 112 touring pitches are of a good size and on level ground, all with 10A electricity (Europlug; long leads necessary) and easy access to one of many water points. Some are separated by dividing hedges and there is plenty of shade from mature trees. There is a football pitch and a large swimming pool (caps required) with a sliding cover and a small paddling pool, adjacent but outside.

Below the pools are a steam room, hydro-bath, sauna and jacuzzi. When we visited, a semi-permanent structure provided a small bar and snack bar whilst a new building at the entrance is still being completed. A wooden cabin houses a small shop that is reasonably well stocked.

Facilities at Camping L’Alqueria

Four toilet blocks, three with British style toilets, placed evenly around the site. Mostly combined shower and washbasin cubicles. Laundry facilities and accessible facilities (key from reception). Motorhome services. Shop (all year) and snack bar (19/3-15/10). Swimming pool (covered for 1/10-31/5) and outdoor paddling pool (1/6-30/9). Steam room and spa facilities. Playground. Multi-sports area. Entertainment (only available in High Season) Fridge hire. WiFi (free). Dogs under 10 kg. are accepted.

Directions to Camping L’Alqueria

From A7 (Valencia-Alicante) take exit 60 and follow signs to Gandia on the N332. Through the town follow signs for Grau and Platja de Gandia. Site is northwest of Gandia.
