Set high above the sea, some pitches here have attractive views across the water. Access is via a very steep paved driveway with sharp bends. Pitches are mostly on hard ground with shade from olive trees and oleanders. There are cabins, caravans and apartments to rent scattered throughout the site. The reception, a bar, shop, pizzeria and restaurant share a busy centrally located building which overlooks the pool area. The pool, although quite small, is attractive with its irregular almost hexagon shapes and there is also a small jacuzzi.

The sanitary blocks are spread around the site but many pitches are a terrace or so away from any facilities. The campsite is a reasonable walk from the town, but a long distance from the sea unless you take the steps at the bottom of the campsite, down a steep incline and past a water treatment plant.

Expect some factory noise in the daytime and some from local nightlife in the evening.

Facilities at Camping International Nube d’Argento

The sanitary blocks are varied – some refurbished, some in small cabins (shower, toilet and basin) in an older style. All were clean and showers were hot. Washing machine. Very basic shop. Simple restaurant and bar area (busy) overlooking pool. Attractive small pool.

Directions to Camping International Nube d’Argento

From Naples take A3 motorway towards Salerno and take Castellamare exit. Follow signs to Sorrento on SS145. Just past the town of Sorrento look for campsite signs on the right.
