Lying some 50 km north of Luxembourg, this community-owned site is situated alongside the River Sûre, only a 500-metre stroll from the pretty village of Esch-sur-Sure. It is located in a nature reserve with a man-made lake that runs along the valley and is overlooked by the wooded hills. It's a peaceful spot, even in high summer, when visitors come to enjoy this green oasis.

The area near the bar/restaurant contains mainly seasonal pitches, while a large touring area is across a road bridge within the site, on the opposite side of the river. This contains 150 good-sized level grass pitches with 10A electricity. Adjacent to the site are comprehensive children’s play facilities, also belonging to the community. The enthusiastic manager organises a full activity programme for all the family in high season; at other times, it will suit those seeking a quiet retreat in a beautiful location.

Two heated sanitary blocks are well equipped with free hot water for showers and sinks. Accessible Facilities. Laundry and dishwashing building. Shop (high season). Attractive bar with a panoramic view over the river. Play area for children with books and games in the lounge area. Fishing (permit for over 14s). Bicycle hire. Riding. Sailing and boat launching. Entertainment (July/Aug). WiFi.

Turn left from Bastogne/Diekirch road onto road signed Esch-sur-Sûre. Site on left 500 m. after the tunnel.
