Camping Het Bosbad is tucked away among the woods in a peaceful rural setting with pleasant walking and cycling trails. There is a little 'farm' where activities are organised regularly for the children. The site has 80 large grassy pitches (30 for tourers) with electricity, mostly well-shaded by mature trees and tall hedging. There are special pitches for motorhomes and small tents, and the atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly.

There are plenty of lovely villages around Emmeloord, for example, the old fishing village of Urk, Kampen or the former coastal villages Blokzijl, Kuinre and Vollenhove. Be sure to visit Giethoorn, also known as 'The Venice of the North', which you can explore from the water in a rented boat or on one of the canal boats. The vibrant city of Amsterdam is easily reached, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities locally: Emmeloord’s city centre can be accessed on foot, just 800 metres away, with more choices at the Outletcentrum Bataviastad nearby.

Directions to Camping Het Bosbad

From the A5 junction 15 take the N351 towards Espel & Urk. At the roundabout turn left onto Banterweg. The site is then on the left.
