This friendly family owned site can be found in the southern Netherlands, around 5 km. south of the city of Maastricht, and 3 km. from the village of Eijsden. The site enjoys an attractive lakeside setting on the Pieterplas, with its own private beach and with opportunities for watersports. The 230 touring pitches here are grassy and most have 6A electricity. A special area is reserved for hikers and cyclists, and a reduced charge applied (maximum two nights stay). There is also a broad, grassy area for sport and leisure. Given its lakeside situation, this is a popular site with anglers (small fee charged).

Eijsden is a delightful spot with historic streets and squares, and is often considered one of the best preserved villages in southern Limburg. Maastricht is an important city with a rich Burgundian heritage and an excellent range of shops, cafés and restaurants. The Belgian towns of Liège and Spa are both within easy reach, as is the beautiful German city of Aachen.

Directions to Camping De Oosterdriessen

Approaching from the north (Maastricht) take the southbound A2 and follow signs to Oost Maarland. From here, follow signs to the lake and the site is well signed.
