Camping Grebbelinie is a friendly, family-run, environmentally green campsite in Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The pitches are large and grassy, and all have 6/10A electricity, water, drainage, WiFi and TV connections. Several pitches run along a riverbank, with other pitches more centrally located and with shade from tall trees. There is a pleasant café/snack bar and a good playground. Opposite the site, Fort Daatselaar has an interesting history dating back to the mid-18th century and merits a visit. There are many delightful walks along the Gelderlei Valley, and the site owners will be pleased to recommend options.

A bed and breakfast service is available here, appealing to backpackers passing through the region. Fully equipped safari tents and mobile homes are also available for hire. Camping Grebbelinie is well located for exploring the broader reach, with the Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug within easy reach.

Directions to Camping De Grebbelinie

Approaching from Utrecht, take A12 motorway and leave at the Veenendaal exit. Head north on N224 to Renswoude and follow local signs to site.
