De Bocht is located on the outskirts of the attractive village of Oirschot, in a rural area of woodland and fields. The site is a small but charming, family-run campsite where tents and caravans are placed between pitches containing cabins and seasonal caravans. Some pitches have shade and most are separated by hedges. Cars are parked on the pitch or on an outside parking area. Small motorhomes are welcome. The appearance of the site is very attractive and well cared for. The pitches are 100 sq.m. in size and are connected to 10A electricity and cable TV, with water and drainage.

The sanitary facilities are very well cared for and were spotlessly clean on our most recent visit. An outdoor swimming pool and play equipment are available, with the possibility to eat and sit on the terrace by the accompanying bowling alley.

Oirschot is a traditional Dutch village with a number of small attractions including the Vandeoirsprong brewery, Saint Petrus Basilica and small local history Museum, De Vier Quartieren.

Directions to Camping De Bocht

Coming from Eindhoven/Tilburg (A58) take exit 8 (direction Oirschot). At fourth roundabout turn right to Boxtel and site is 1 km. on the left. From ’s Hertogenbosch (A2)Eindhoven take exit 26 (Liempde). Follow signs for Boxtel, straight over first roundabout and immediately first road left (to Oirschot). Site is 8 km. on the right, just after sharp left turn.
