On the border of Brabant and Zeeland, and situated among lush, verdant fields, this peaceful site is set right next to a marina in an area of shallow creeks, reed beds, dykes and pleasant woods. It is a quiet, well kept campsite for families with small children, as well as older couples. There are both standard pitches (4A electricity) and comfort pitches with 10A electricity, drainage and cable TV, as well as luxury chalets to rent. The area offers ideal terrain for easy cycling (cycling maps available at reception), and walking, fishing, sailing and swimming are popular. Being adjacent to the marina, it is good for boating enthusiasts.

The on-site pancake house offers over 100 different pancake dishes and simple fare. The site has lots of space and many fine amenities, including a children’s farm, a playground with a suspension bridge, climbing frame and slide, volleyball, soccer, bowling alley and a youth club with indoor tennis and football, amongst others. Within easy driving distance are Bergen op Zoom, Willemstad, Rotterdam and Antwerp.

Directions to Camping & Chaletparc De Uitwijk

From the N259 between Bergen op Zoom in the south and Dinteloord in the north, take the N257 towards Zierikzee at Steenbergen. After 4 km. turn right to De Hee. At the end of the main street turn right. Site is on the right after 100 m.
