Nestled under a castle and close to a tiny village, Camping Cevedale has a European atmosphere with very little English spoken, however, you will be made very welcome by the owner. The 233 pitches are grouped in two areas on either side of a fast flowing river (fenced) which generates a pleasant, natural sound. The 100 touring pitches, all with electricity (only 2A), are shaded, on grass and slope somewhat; they are in various areas among the well kept seasonal caravans. Some seasonal campers come here every holiday and most have built complex wooden chalets next to their caravans. We loved it here. This area is known for skiing in winter, rafting, adventure sports, mountain bike riding and trekking. Adventure sport courses are arranged by the management, and access to this kind of activity is one of the site’s strengths.

Facilities at Camping Cevedale

Two sanitary blocks with a mixture of toilet styles are well maintained, modern and spotlessly clean. Heated in winter, they include hot water for showers and washbasins. Accessible facilities, Washing machine, dryer and ironing room. Small shop. Pleasant bar which serves snacks. Large play area. Picnic area with tables and gas/charcoal barbecues. Bicycle hire. Entertainment programme. Education area for children. Free ski bus. Adventure sport courses arranged. Internet access. WiFi throughout (free). Dogs are not accepted.

Directions to Camping Cevedale

From the A22 (Brenner-Modena) take exit for San Michele, north of Trento, then SS43 north for 43 km. to Cles. Turn east on SS42 for 26 km. to Fucine. Continue through village and turn south on SP202 (Ossana). Follow signs for campsite (ignore sat nav!). The entrance is next to the bridge just below the castle.
