Alan Rogers Review of Camping Bloemendaal
Camping Bloemendaal is a small, pleasant family campsite of 2.5 hectares, situated at the edge of the De Kennemerduinen National Park. The popular beach of Bloemendaal is only a stroll away. The seaside resort Zandvoort (5 km. to the south) has a racing car circuit, a casino and many bars and discos. The pitches for tents are on a natural sandy soil and there is no electricity. Families and young people are allocated pitches on separate fields. Pitches for caravans and motorhomes are either on grass or on hardstandings (shells or shredded wood) and are equipped with 4A electricity.
On site is a small shop for basics. The very attractive city of Haarlem with many museums, historical buildings and pleasant cafés is only 8 km. away. From Haarlem Amsterdam can easily be reached by train in less than half an hour.
Facilities at Camping Bloemendaal
Sanitary facilities include hot showers (charged). Shop for basics and gas. Freezer. Dogs are not accepted.

From Amsterdam take the A4, A9 and A200 to Haarlem. In the city follow signs for Overveen/Zandvoort (N200). Site is on the right after 3 km.
