Camping Skive Fjord
This modern site on the northern edge of Skive was built on terraced ground overlooking the fjord in 1994. The grassy, open terraces are arranged on either side of the main tarmac road providing level pitches, most with beautiful views. Well-lit concrete steps connect the terraces. There is a special, accessible level pitch close to the toilet block . The site has over 150 pitches for touring units with 10-16A electricity. Although it is possible to swim in the fjord, the site also has its own open-air pool (heated). Other amenities include an attractive games room with table tennis, TV, internet and a small library. Close to the toilet block is a covered communal grill area. This site is an excellent starting point for touring this beautiful area and a good base for those who enjoy fishing (sea trout), surfing, sailing or water skiing.
Jesperhus Feriecenter & Camping
Jesperhus Feriecenter & Camping is a large, well organised and busy site with many leisure activities, adjacent to Blomsterpark (Northern Europe’s largest flower park). This site has 612 numbered pitches, mostly in rows with some terracing, divided by shrubs and trees and with shade in parts. Many pitches are taken by seasonal, tour operator or rental units, so booking is advised for peak periods. Electricity (6A) is available on all pitches, and water points are in all areas. There are 300 pitches available with full services. With all the activities at this site, an entire holiday could be spent here regardless of the weather, although Jesperhus is also an excellent centre for touring.

Jutland

Known as the Land of Light, North Jutland – and in particular the idyllic old fishing village of Skagen – has attracted artists for centuries due to the very special light in the region. Further south, the region has even more to offer: endless, white sandy beaches, surfing, windsurfing or kite-flying; angling, riding, golf, walking; culture, fine art and history appreciation – or just a stroll through one of the many friendly provincial towns.
