Alan Rogers Review

Les Petits Camarguais is sister site to FR30020 and FR30380 and is also a member of the Yelloh! Village group. There are 331 pitches here, all for mobile homes or chalets, with a good range of facilities including an impressive and attractive swimming pool complex with slides, whirlpools and an island, which is very popular. The facilities are all of a high quality and there are lots of organised activities for children during the day, and entertainment for adults during the evenings. In high season there is a free shuttle to the nearest beach (1.8 km. distant). The beach is L’Espiguette, reputedly the largest French Mediterranean beach, including a naturist area. The accommodation is well spaced out in avenues among flowering shrubs and trees.

Away from the beach, this is a good area for enjoying the traditions of the Camargue – fishermen’s festivals, Languedoc jousting, Camargue bullfights (bloodless) and also plenty of music and dancing. Special ‘Ferrades’ (Camargue discovery) days are organised by the site.

Two high quality toilet blocks provide extra provision. Laundry. Shop. Bar. Restaurant. Takeaway. Heated swimming pool complex with slides, paddling pools, counter current swimming and water games. Aquagym in high season. Miniclub. Play area. Multisports court. Activity and entertainment programme. Dogs are not accepted. Bicycle hire. Free WiFi in reception area. Mobile homes and chalets to rent.
