Alan Rogers Review
Wyton Lakes is a family run, adults only park with four well stocked fishing lakes, very close to the River Great Ouse, between Huntingdon and Saint Ives. There are 80 level pitches of medium size with 60 for caravans and motorcaravans and 20 for tents. The tent pitches are on grass some with electricity. The other pitches are mainly on hardstanding with gravel for awnings and all have 16A electricity and a water tap. Most of the pitches border the lakes making fishing possible from the pitch. Well placed as a centre for touring, the park has easy access for large outfits.
The old market towns of Huntingdon and Saint Ives are only three miles away and the delightful village of Houghton with its old mill, pub and riverside walks is just one mile. Just across the road is a large garden centre complete with restaurant and coffee shop.
Heated toilet block with all necessary facilities including those for campers with disabilities. Laundry with washer and dryer. Coarse lake and river fishing on payment (carp, bream, tench, perch, roach and rudd). Small riverside walk. WiFi throughout (charged).
