Alan Rogers Review

You’ll have to go a long way before you find anything else remotely like this site! The land is owned by Burford School and the site was created to raise money for the school. It really is like stepping into their own private garden. This adults only park is screened from the main school grounds by trees and provides 25 pitches (six seasonal), separated by hedges, all with 16A electricity.

This is a lovely location for exploring the Cotswolds – Burford calls itself the ‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’. The turn into the site off the school drive is narrow and the site is not therefore considered suitable for large motorcaravans. It is best to avoid school pick-up and drop-off times when the school can be congested.

Facilities

The heated sanitary building is clean and well maintained with two unisex showers (payable by token) – there may be a queue at peak times. (Max. 2 dogs per pitch).
