This park is set in a quiet position on a hill above Woolacombe. It is a large, fairly open site on gently sloping land. There are 250 level or fairly level pitches, some secluded, others extra large with hardstanding and electricity, and others fully serviced. Shrubs and trees help to divide some of the pitches. Two hardstanding pitches are designed to provide facilities and access for disabled campers. In total, 160 pitches have 16A electricity hook-ups. The site has panoramic views across to the sea and at its centre has a fully fenced, lovely, well kept lake that is a haven for wildlife.
Fishing is permitted in the lake with free lessons sometimes available for those who want to learn. An adjoining, newly planted wood of 14 acres is available for walks and dog walking. There is an adventure playground for children under 14 and space for ball games. The reception area also acts as a small shop with basics including bread, milk and fresh pastries, also providing internet access.
