Isny is a delightful spot for families and others looking for a peaceful stay in a very well managed environment. The site has been developed to a high standard and lies just south of the village in a wood, by a lake. In an open area, there are 50 individual 100 sq.m. hardstanding pitches (all with 16A electricity) with a circular access road. A further area is on a terrace just above. A café with light snacks during the week and meals at the weekends is open long hours in high season. It has a terrace that overlooks the lake, which is used for swimming (unsupervised). A low metal rail marks the area for non-swimmers, and there is a large grass sunbathing area. The site also offers a large family play area and fly fishing for trout in September and October.

Facilities

The main sanitary unit is first class and has automatic toilet seat cleaning. There are cabins as well as vanity style washbasins, large controllable showers, with full curtain, token operated. Further facilities near the reception house showers, WCs, washbasins and a good unit for disabled visitors. Laundry. Basic motorhome services. Café/bar. Reception keeps a few basic supplies. Bicycles to borrow. WiFi throughout (charged).
