Alan Rogers Review
The site is an integral part of Stratford racecourse, which has been hosting horse racing since 1755. It is located right on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon, just one mile from its centre. All the pitches are level and set near the home straight. There are 150 touring pitches and 50 tent pitches, all on level ground, of which 94 have 16A electric hook ups.
This site provides an ideal base for exploring historic Stratford, as well as the surrounding area. Well signposted from all major roads, the site is accessible to the largest of vehicles; it also boasts a separate area for rallies with optional room hire.
Facilities are housed within the grandstand and comprise showers (charged), toilets, washing up sinks and a coin-operated launderette. Limited facilities for disabled visitors.
