This holiday village, part of the Parkdean Group, is based in the grounds of a former manor house near the well known Cornish coastal resorts of Rock and Padstow. There are over 200 privately owned caravan holiday homes which merge into landscape, with a further 145 to rent. A sloping grass field has now been developed to take lodges, no longer leaving room for touring pitches. A central village area, providing reception and most of the facilities including an indoor swimming pool with a water slide, is the hub of the site. The manor house itself is home to a bar/bistro and all the entertainment with cabaret, live music, disco and quiz nights.

A children’s club ensures there is something for everyone. A footpath through the woods takes you to the village of Saint Minver. You can take the passenger ferry from Rock to Padstow with its harbour where Rick Stein has his cookery school and restaurants. The Camel Trail is nearby for cycling enthusiasts. The nearby beach at Rock and Daymar beach are renowned for swimming, windsurfing and sailing.

From Wadebridge take B3314 for Port Isaac. Follow for 3 miles then turn left for Rock and park is 250 yds. on right.
