Senlac Wood Caravan and Campsite is in the heart of 1066 Country, near Battle in East Sussex, the scene of the iconic Battle of Hastings. Enjoy a family-run site in twenty acres of woodland within the High Weald Designated Area of Outstanding Beauty. The seaside towns of Bexhill and Hastings are easy to reach for days out by the coast. Use this base to explore Sussex, starting with the famous south coast and lovely seaside towns.

You'll be staying in wooded green surrounds, not far from the town of Battle. Grass pitches and hardstanding are available with the option of 16-amp electric hookups in the incredible Sussex surrounds. Very spacious site with lovely walks through a wooded path. A tranquil haven for birds and other wildlife. Interesting little woodland paths linked the various areas of the site. Places of interest nearby include the Kent & East Sussex Railway, Great Dixter Gardens, Herstmonceaux Castle and several National Trust properties. The site has 32 caravan pitches and a tent field with 40 pitches.

From M25 - take Junction 5 (A21 Sevenoaks/Hastings). Follow A21 to Johns Cross then take A2100 to Battle. At Battle roundabout take A271 for one and half miles, turn left after passing The Squirrel Pub onto the B2204 this is Catsfield Road, Senlac Wood can be found just around the first bend on left.
