Sea View is an impressive, well cared for park; its quality is reflected in the many awards it has won. Located at the gateway to the Roseland Peninsula on the south coast of Cornwall, with views of the sea and nearby Dodman Point, this park offers quality camping pitches, luxury self-catering lodges and caravan holiday homes. There are 227 pitches, 189 for touring, some on grass, some hardstanding, and all with 16A electricity. They vary in size (80-170 sq.m) and 69 are fully serviced. Some of the pitches are on open grass meadows while others are in their own large, hedged bays.
The park is full of colour with flowerbeds and flowering shrubs and has well manicured high quality grass. The area around the pool is particularly attractive with sunbathing areas on tiled terraces surrounded by flowers, and there are magnificent views over the sea and the distant headland. Adjacent is a barbecue area with tables. A large recreation field provides plenty of play equipment as well as tennis, football and pitch-and-putt. There is plenty to do and see in this area, from the Eden Centre, gardens of Heligan and Trelissick, to Lanhydrock House and the seal sanctuary, not forgetting the sandy beaches, one only a half mile from the park.
