Alan Rogers Review

Scoutscroft Holiday Centre is a family run park surrounded by low banks and trees, and situated in the picturesque village of Coldingham. A tarmac road passes through the mobile home section to the 80 fairly level, hardstanding touring pitches. All are numbered and have 13A electricity. There is a steep drop to an unfenced stream that runs alongside the touring area, and the road to the beach can be accessed from this area (but not by vehicles). There is no shop on site, but a well stocked Spar is nearby. There is entertainment every evening in high season, and every Friday and Saturday outside this period.

Facilities

A modern heated toilet block (key access) is approached via a bridge over the stream. It is clean and well equipped with controllable showers. Separate family room with baby changing area, also used for disabled visitors. A second block is by the touring area and houses the launderette. Bar, restaurant and takeaway. Snooker lounge. Play area with indoor arcade. Dive shop with tackle and hire and repair equipment. TV booster aerials for hire.
