Ronæs Strand Camping is a terraced campsite at the end of Gamborg Fjord on the island of Funen. It is a popular destination for families, couples, and groups, offering various accommodation options and activities to suit all needs. Ronæs Strand has 185 pitches, with 125 for touring units, all with 7/10A electricity. From some areas, there are beautiful views of the Gamborg Fjord. The marked and level pitches, a few with hardstanding, are in long rows on well-kept grass with gravel access lanes. A variety of mature trees and bushes separates these lanes. Six fully serviced pitches have electricity, water, and wastewater.

The campsite has a sandy beach directly on-site, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Danish summer. Guests can swim, sunbathe, build sandcastles, or walk along the shore. There is also a small jetty where guests can rent kayaks, paddleboards, and other water sports equipment. Water skiing or sailing is possible directly from the site in good weather.

In addition to the beach, Ronæs Strand Camping also offers several other amenities and activities, including an extensive games room offering arcade-style machines, computer games, play stations, air hockey and television—a playground and sportsfield where kids and adults alike can enjoy a friendly football game. During high season, there are also several daily activities for children and adults, including bread baking, a crab competition, soapbox building, ball games and face painting. There is a communal kitchen and BBQ area. The campsite also offers a small shop for necessities and a small snack bar to buy refreshing drinks and delicious grilled dishes.

Legoland, the sub-tropical pool in Fredericia, the Egeskov Slot and Odense, the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, are all less than an hour’s drive away. As with so many sites in this part of Denmark, Ronæs is also a good base for walking, cycling, or fishing.
