A modern indoor pool and wellness centre can be found at this very smart woodland site, which is well placed for either an active or peaceful holiday. It is a large park with 190 touring pitches (all with 10A electricity) in a central area off tarmac access roads. The large, individual pitches are numbered and separated, in rows divided by hedges and trees, with easy access. A number of larger 200m² pitches are available. There is a large bar and eating area with terrace and a small, separate restaurant. There is a comprehensive activity programme for children in high season.

The attractive, modern reception area is friendly and welcoming and contains information about the area. The is a shop and TV room. The restaurant is open daily in high season and Dutch holidays, and weekends outside this period. There is a 25 m. outdoor swimming pool (fenced) with a slide and a small pool for young children. Parents should be aware of an unfenced pond area. Accommodation to rent includes modern bungalows and chalets and some safari tents.

Facilities

Two heated sanitary blocks with controllable showers gives good overall provision. The newer block has family showers, a baby room and good facilities for disabled visitors. Small laundry. Motorhome services. Gas supplies. Shop, bar and restaurant (low season: Fri-Sun). Outdoor swimming pool (High season). Indoor pool and wellness centre (Seasonal). Library. Location

From N35 Zwolle-Almelo turn on N348 Ommen road east of Raalte, then turn to Luttenberg and follow signs. From A1 (Amsterdam-Hengelo) take exit 23 at Deventer on N348, then as above.
