Alan Rogers Review
Located near Maasduinen National Park, not far from the Muse river and the German border, this site is absolutely ideal for families with children up to about 12 or 13 years old. Among some 450 pitches, it has around 120 permanent holiday caravans and two cabins. The pitches are laid out in groups divided by hedges and trees, with 4/10A electricity connections available. Large motorcaravans and twin-axle caravans are welcome. The Castle itself has a lovely rose garden and provides ten very attractive apartments to rent (dogs are not allowed here).
Three modern heated, well maintained sanitary blocks provide free hot water, roomy adjustable showers and some washbasins in cabins. Laundry. American-style restaurant (the Longhorn) and takeaway. Bread and newspapers to order. Heated supervised outdoor swimming pools. Basketball, football, volleyball and tennis (all free). Children’s club (pre school). Recreation hall. Bicycle hire. Excellent walking and cycling paths. Internet access.
