Alan Rogers Review
Parc de Nibelle is a family run site in a rural area with an excellent heated swimming pool (sliding patio doors can be opened in hot weather). There is a good variety of sports facilities, a superb playground, a fenced area for small children, with children’s entertainment in season. There are 120 pitches, but with 60 privately owned mobile homes and 30 rental units, only 30 pitches are available for touring units. These pitches are on open, slightly sloping grassland, under tall trees in a central location and all have electricity (2/4A). Good English is spoken.
It should make a good base for visiting Orléans or Fontainebleau, or an excellent location for a family holiday.
Two toilet blocks, a good older one being supplemented by a larger more modern unit for summer use. This is of a more open style where showers and washbasins are all in cubicles. Shop with basics and items for children (1/4-1/11). Bar and takeaway (June-Sept). Swimming pool and children’s pool (1/4-1/11). TV and games room. Basketball. Volleyball. Giant chess. Minigolf. Tennis. Trampolines. Bicycle hire.
