Newperran is a large, level park in rural Cornish countryside. Being on high ground, it is quite open but this also gives excellent views of the coast and surroundings. The owners, Keith and Christine Brewer, have rebuilt the reception, shop and pub to a very high standard. The traditional layout of the park provides several flat, well drained meadows divided into over 500 individual pitches with 10/16A electricity. Some fields have larger and reservable spaces with more free space in the centre. There are now 77 fully serviced pitches, some with hardstanding and a TV point. Newperran is only 2.5 miles from Perranporth beach, but there is an indoor heated swimming pool with sunbathing area and paddling pool on the park.
A state-of-the-art entrance barrier is in place operating on number plate recognition. Newly refurbished heated swimming pool and paddling pool. The pub or ‘cottage inn’ is a very comfortable area with a log burner for low season warmth and family entertainment such as quiz nights in high season. A new larger restaurant has been added, along with a games room and launderette. This is a well run park with plenty of space and activities for families with a few caravan holiday homes to rent.
