Alan Rogers Review
Demigny is an attractive wine producing village, 11 km. south of Beaune. The great vineyards of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Pommard are all nearby. Close to the village centre, La Jasoupe is a beautifully restored property dating back to the Directoire period. The house now offers bed and breakfast accommodation, and in the grounds a number of roulottes, or Romany-style caravans, are available to rent. Please note that there are no touring pitches at this site. In keeping with the theme, Romany folk music evenings are occasionally held here in high season. The grounds of La Jasoupe extend over seven hectares and include a swimming pool, sauna and massage area in a converted pigeon loft.
Although there is no restaurant on site, a breakfast service is available. Most services are available in Demigny and Beaune has an excellent selection of restaurants and shops. A visit to the Beaune Hospices is a must, and possibly the Fallard mustard factory by way of contrast!
Swimming pool. Sauna. Massage and body treatment. Bicycle hire. Occasional entertainment. Roulottes and Romany-style caravans to rent.

Approaching from the north, leave the A6 autoroute at exit 24.1 (Beaune Hospices) and then follow signs to Verdun-sur-le-Doubs and St Loup Géanges. In St Loup Géanges, turn right towards Demigny and Chagny. As you come into Demigny turn right towards Jasoupe-le-Bas and you will arrive at La Jasoupe.
