Open all year, Island Lodge Caravan and Camping Site is a dog friendly base within the beautiful South Devon Area of Outstanding National Beauty. Only 15 minutes from Bantham Beach and close to many attractions, this site is perfect for families and couples on a relaxing break. There are plenty of things to see and do in this beautiful area of South Devon. Dartmoor National Park runs along the main Devon Expressway (A38).

The park is in a peaceful spot, surrounded by rural scenery and quiet lanes which make for a lovely stroll with the dog. Access for tourers is easy and the park sits on two acres of grassland, divided by well-kept hedgerows which offer shelter. All pitches on both grass and hardstanding offer electric (some seasonal). Some are hardstanding super pitches.

Location

On the A38, heading south take the A384 for Totnes. From Totnes, take the A381, sign posted to Kingsbridge. Travel on this main road for approximately 12 miles. At the roundabout, Stumpy Post Cross turn right, then after 300 metres turn left into the lane, this turn is sign posted for Island Lodge. The site is located 200 metres on your left-hand side. Please contact reception on arrival for your pitch allocation. If you are using your sat nav for directions, please be careful if towing and ensure it is set for a priority route.
