Alan Rogers Review

Glenross Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Park is situated on the spectacular Ring of Kerry and the Kerry Way footpath giving it an immediate advantage. Scenic grandeur around every bend of the road is guaranteed as Glenbeigh is approached. Quietly located before entering the village, the park commands stunning views of Rossbeigh Strand, (within walking distance) and the Dingle Peninsula. On arrival, a good impression is created with the park being well screened from the road, with a new stone entrance and gates. With 37 touring pitches, 25 hardstanding and most have 10 amp electricity (Europlug), and 6 caravan holiday homes, the park is attractively laid out. Dedicated small tent area. Village shops are near as is the Kerry Bog Village where you can go back in time in this reconstructed pre-famine village. Watersports, fishing, horse riding and fell walking are all within a short distance, and golf can be arranged at the Dooks and Killorglin courses.

The site is a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Affiliated Site Scheme but visitors who are not members of the club are also very welcome.

With mountains on the horizon and the Atlantic breeze cooling the summer air, Glenross Caravan and Camping Park is a perfectly relaxing resort. To experience a stay on a small intimate site, with pubs and the Glenbeigh Hotel's restaurant right on your doorstep, make a booking at Glenross. With a location set right in the heart of Co. Kerry, the park provides an ideal base for touring Killarney, the Ring of Kerry and Dingle.
