Cobbs Hill Farm is a small, friendly, family run Caravan and Camping Park which is aimed at people who want to have a quiet and relaxing holiday with plenty of interesting local attractions to visit. Whether you just want to stay at the park and relax or go off and explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and surrounding areas. Take a relaxing stroll along the quiet beach resort of Bexhill-on-Sea. Take a trip to the old town of Hastings, or historic Battle and visit its magnificent Abbey. The site is set in the Sussex countryside with a small selection of animals popular with the children. There is a good network of footpaths leading off from the site and the Sussex Downs are also close by. Bexhill on Sea beach is just 3 miles away. The site has 55 mainly level grass touring pitches (some seasonal) split up into several areas and a few hard standings, each with 10 amp electric hook-up.

Cobbs Hill Farm is set amid 1066 country with Battle Abbey only 5 miles away and the castles of Bodiam and Hersmonceux within half an hours' drive. Bexhill on Sea offers a quiet charm which is missing from many of the larger seaside resorts. The sea front offers a 2-mile promenade with views out to beachy head and Eastbourne. Bexhill on Sea also offers several activities for the young and old, from lawn bowls to a swimming pool with waves and a slide. There is also a good selection of shops just off the sea front and the usual big supermarkets.

Facilities

A single toilet block has showers, washbasins and toilets. Accessible sanitary facilities. Laundry. Family rooms. Dish washing area. The reception and small shop are situated at the entrance to the park. Children’s play area. Animal viewing area with a selection of animals for children to see. Dogs are welcome but must be always kept on leads, large exercise fields. Barbeques are allowed but strictly no burning of wood or open fires. Caravan & motorhome storage. TV reception good. Charge for pets and awnings.

Location

Access to Cobbs Hill Farm is off the A2691 Haven Brook Avenue, turn off and we are 500 yards down Watermill Lane on the left. There are two parts of Watermill Lane, the site is on the north part.
