Alan Rogers Review
Camping Zur Perle is directly on the North Sea beaches, on an enclosed artificial lagoon, making it an ideal place for a family holiday. It has 260 marked and numbered pitches (203 for tourers with water, 16A Europlug and waste water) on level, grassy fields with some separation by low trees and bushes. To the front of the site is a separate area for seasonal units and motorcaravans. Pitches vary in size (75-140 sq.m) and there are 60 hardstandings for tourers. The campsite is close to the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park.
The beach that was created here is said to be one of the most beautiful in this part of Schleswig-Holstein. Close to the site you will find the Westerhever lighthouse and the St Peter-Ording community with its beach, dunes and salt meadows. It is also possible to book boat trips to the island of Helgoland, famed for its pure air and rich flora and fauna. Zur Perle is a top class site for a relaxing family holiday and part of the Premium Camps group.
