This campsite is now permanently closed.
This is a pleasant, family run site which would make a good base for a short stay and is also well situated for use as an overnight halt. The 86 touring pitches are on level grass, all with 6A electricity. There are 11 drive-through pitches especially for stopovers, plus four hardstandings for motorhomes and a tent area. The far end of the site is close to the N4 and may suffer from some road noise. On-site facilities include a small but welcoming restaurant/bar with takeaway facility, a shop for basics, an outdoor swimming pool (12x6 m) with a paddling pool and a sports field.
The site is very close to the border with Luxembourg and only 40 km. from its capital city. Bastogne, 30 km. to the north is home to a war memorial and an excellent museum commemorating the Battle of the Bulge. A slightly longer drive to the west will take you to Bouillon with its ruined castle, and from here there are many options to explore the hills, valleys and meandering rivers of the Ardennes countryside.
Attert is 8 km. north of Arlon. From E25/E411 from Luxembourg take exit 31 and follow signs for Bastogne to join N4 north; take Attert exit, continue east for 1 km. to Attert village, site entrance is immediately on your left as you join the main street.
