Alan Rogers Review
This is a small, quiet site between the Rassisse and Bancalié lakes, open all year. Situated in part meadow, part semi-cleared woodland, a small farm is alongside. The 65 pitches, all with electricity (6/10A, long leads may be required), are on level terraces and of varying size (up to 100 sq.m), most with ample shade from mature trees. Those near the bar/restaurant could experience some noise. Late arrivals or those wishing to leave before 8 am. are sited in an adjacent small meadow (although there may be some village traffic noise).
The site has a heated swimming pool and is well situated for a variety of interesting excursions in an area not that well known to British visitors.
Two toilet blocks with extra toilets on lower part of the site. The larger modern block is only opened in high season and closes at 22.00 hrs each night. It includes washbasins in cabins. An older, smaller block should be heated in winter. Facilities for disabled visitors. Washing machines. Bar/restaurant (April-Sept, opening times vary). Small library with board games. Swimming pool (May-Sept). Playground and children’s farm. Volleyball. Boules. Archery (July/Aug). Bicycle hire. No charcoal barbecues. Accommodation for hire.

From Albi ring-road, take D81 going southeast to Teillet (about 20 km). Continue through village on D81 and site is on the right.
