Alan Rogers Review
Poros is at the southern end of the island of Lefkada and this site is at the end of a steep, winding and narrow lane (3 km. long with ten hairpin bends). The owners have made a massive investment in building flats to rent at the top of the site where reception, the shop, pool and bar/restaurant are located. However, this has been at the expense of the campsite some 40 m. lower down at beach level. There are 53 pitches, all for touring units, set amongst olive and pine trees. A stony beach is just across the road and the small bay has a taverna and bar.
It is impossible to use the site’s internal road for vehicles so having stopped at reception you continue down the hill to a second entrance.
Sanitary facilities include hot showers and vanity style washbasins. British and Turkish WCs. Laundry facilities. Shop, bar and restaurant at the higher level. Swimming pool (15/6-16/9). Communal barbecue area. Internet access.

From Lefkada take main road south towards and through Nidri. After climbing long hill, turn left, signed Poros. After 2 km. fork right down a narrow winding lane towards the site (3 km. long and ten hairpin bends – meeting oncoming traffic is a bit of a problem!)
