Alan Rogers Review
Camping Playa Taray is close to the resort and fishing port of Isla Cristina, just 18 km. from the Portuguese border. A broad sandy blue flag beach is just 5 minutes on foot from the campsite. There are 285 pitches here, all with electrical connections. Pitches are generally well shaded by pine trees. A number of chalets and fully equipped tents are available to rent. On-site amenities include a convivial bar/restaurant and a well-stocked shop. A wide range of activities are available on the beach, including kite surfing and sailing, with discounts available to site residents.
Isla Cristina is one of the most important fishing ports in Huelva province and is pleasant place for an evening stroll. To the west of the town, the Cristina marshland is an important ecological site, and provides some excellent bird watching opportunities. There is also an interesting eco museum here. To the east, Huelva is an attractive city with some interesting Roman remains, and is also home to Spain’s oldest football club, Recreativo de Huelva!
Children’s playground. Restaurant/bar. Shop, Chalets and fully equipped tents to rent.

Approaching from the east (Huelva), take westbound A49 motorway as far as the La Redondela exit. Here, take the southbound N445 and HU3400 as far as La Redondela. Here, continue south on HU3400 until it reaches the coast road (A5054) and you will see the site to your right.
