Le Clos de Ferrand is an old fashioned naturist site, where direct access to the beach and privacy are key factors for choosing a holiday here. The site is at the western end of the famous naturist beach at Sérignan Plage and provides 89 good sized touring pitches, some shaded by pink tamarisk and mature trees, and others in full sun. All have 6A electrical connections. A mobile home is available to rent, and it has been designed for use by hose with mobility issues. Amenities include a bar/restaurant and a small shop (with morning bread service), plus a large adventure play area for children. The direct beach access makes up for the fact there is no pool on site.
The beach is the focal point for many activities, including volleyball and a children’s club. Although the excellent beach may well be the main appeal here, there is a great deal to see in the vicinity. The renowned Sigean African Wildlife reserve is close at hand, and an excursion to Carcassonne and the Cathar castles is also popular. The Canal du Midi features on the UNESCO World Heritage list and provides some excellent cycling opportunities, passing through the colourful local vineyards and olive groves.
