Alan Rogers Review
A strikingly neat and pretty little site, tucked into a wooded gorge in the Aveyron hills, Lauradiol is alongside the Selves river (fishing possible), 500 m. from the Cambeyra barrage. The 32 pitches, 21 with electricity, are arranged on flat grass, neatly separated by trim hedges. Many are quite large, although those actually along the river bank are somewhat smaller. There is quite good shade from a variety of trees. Surprisingly for such a small site, there is even a swimming pool, plus paddling pool, and a well kept tennis court – both free to campers.
The toilet block was recently refurbished and very clean when inspected. It includes washbasins in private cabins and a room for disabled visitors (WC, basin and shower). Swimming pool (14.00-19.00 daily in July/Aug, lifeguard). Paddling pool. Tennis
