Alan Rogers Review

Bas de la Lande is a municipal site, ideally located for overnight stops. The Oust river, which makes up part of the Nantes-Brest canal, runs opposite the site and provides good fishing (permit needed). Bas de la Lande has 53 pitches, of which 49 are for touring and four are for mobile homes. 38 have electricity (6/10A). The pitches are on a number of flat terraces up a steep incline, and most are large, grassy and lightly shaded. As the site is situated close to the N24, a busy dual-carriageway, road noise can be audible in all parts of the site.

From here you can discover the delights of inland Brittany, not least Josselin with its superb fortified 15th century château. Attractive discounts are offered for longer stays.
