Alan Rogers Review
This site is set in 20 hectares of woodland in the grounds of a castle that dates back to the 14th century. From the entrance one gets a glimpse of the restaurant in one part of the castle. There are 865 pitches with 300 for touring units, all with 10A electricity. The pitches are arranged around a huge playground, a basketball court and a building housing a games room, a supermarket and a bar. In high season, the site is bustling and lively, offering a full programme of entertainment with sports tournaments, discos and contests. This site has a lot to offer for families with children and teenagers.
The large open-air pool will accommodate all ages. A video circuit in all the buildings advertises and informs about the activity programmes.
The two toilet blocks for touring units provide some washbasins in cabins, showers on payment, children’s toilets and washbasins and a unisex baby room. Washing machine and dryer. Good provision for disabled visitors. These facilities will be very pressed to cope in high season. Shop. Bar. Restaurant. Swimming pool (15x25 m, 1/6-10/9). Huge adventure type playground. Boules. Playing field. Entertainment (10/7-22/8). Games room. WiFi (free).
