A popular site, it is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful region around the Puy-de-Dôme. The site has 62 small to medium sized pitches, most for touring, all with 10A electricity, separated by trees and hedges. Hardstandings have been provided for a number of motorhomes and caravan awnings. The attractive reception area comprising the office, a small shop for essentials and a meeting room has lots of local information and interesting artefacts. A small heated, covered swimming pool, which can be opened in good weather, is available all season. There is entertainment on most days in high season for family groups of all ages.
A friendly, relaxed welcome awaits at this attractive, compact, well cared for site, which is run by a family of enthusiastic, English-speaking caravanners. There are many interesting old villages in the area (Orcival 8 km) and châteaux (Château de Corde 4 km). Local organised walks take place in July and August with optional wine/cheese tasting if requested. Maps and walking leaflets can be obtained at reception to explore the varied local countryside. Horse riding can be arranged at a nearby riding school. Interesting handmade jewellery is displayed in the reception area.

Well appointed, clean toilet block with limited accessible facilities. Basic shop including bread and pastries. Breakfast, snacks. Small bar. Boules, pool table, table football, table tennis, giant chess, draughts. Small play area. TV and games room. Free WiFi on part of site.
Location
Site is 18 km. southwest of Clermont-Ferrand and is well signed from the roundabout at the junction of the D2089 and the D941A. It is a few hundred metres from the roundabout along the D216 towards Orcival.
