Alan Rogers Review
This spacious, family run site has a natural, country setting with magnificent mountain views. The 130 huge, grassy pitches (nearly all for touring) are well drained and marked out, but often have no other separation. All have some shade from a variety of mature trees and access is easy for all sizes of outfits. There are street lights but due to the size and layout of the pitches torches are advised. There are adequate water points and 100 electrical connections (10A) but some pitches may require very long leads. There is some noise from the nearby autoroute.
The site is close to Lac du Passy, a lake used for swimming, fishing and boating and to a large sports centre. There is a little evening entertainment in high season but there are no other on-site activities as all are available close by.
The four toilet blocks have all the usual facilities, one block being heated when it is cool. Washing machine. Motorcaravan services. Shop, bar, restaurant and takeaway (all July/Aug). Small lake for swimming, fed from a spring. TV room. Volleyball, boules and ample space for children to play.

Leave A40 autoroute at exit 20, signed Sallanches, onto N205. Drive through town centre and at southern end turn left, just before the Ford garage. Straight on through lights, under railway bridge and fork right at Braconne restaurant. Site is 400 m. just past the sports centre.
