Situated on the Côte de Goëlo at Lanloup, le Neptune offers a peaceful, rural retreat for families. The friendly owners, François and Marie Jo Camard, keep the site neat and tidy and there is a regular programme of renovation. There are 84 level, grass pitches (65 for touring units) separated by trimmed hedges providing privacy and all with electricity (10A). There are also 22 mobile homes to rent. Within walking distance is the local village, with a restaurant and a shop, and sandy beaches are only a short drive away. The area is good for cycling and walking.
This is a very attractive stretch of coastline and the GR34 coastal path is great for enthusiastic walkers who can happily keep going, knowing they can then hop on the Tibus, a little blue and green bus that provides a regular service along the coast road. Just up the coast is the fishing port of Paimpol with boats out to the île de Bréhat. Further afield are la Côte de Granit Rose and le Cap Fréhel, whilst days out could include the historic town of Dinan or the resort of Dinard from where you can hop on a sea bus to Saint-Malo.
