This beautifully landscaped and very unusual municipal site is set on the edge of a 40-hectare woodland leisure park offering a wide range of sporting activities for all the family. Just 150 m. from the heart of the village, the site provides 64 pitches (40 for touring), plus 24 chalets and Bengali tents for rent. The slightly sloping, grassy pitches are of a good size, mostly shaded and all have 6A electricity. You are always made welcome at the bar/restaurant which is open seven days a week throughout the season and serves local specialities as well as children’s favourites.
The bar area overlooks an attractive pool complex with water slides and a solar heated paddling pool. The friendly staff organise a broad entertainment programme from sports tournaments and disco nights to cultural excursions and visits to local producers during July and August. There is also a children’s club three afternoons a week and, for something different, the treetop adventure park, set on six hectares, offers challenging activities for all abilities and ages. Saint Pierre de Trivisy has all the necessary services plus a small supermarket and, small as it is, boasts the only library/restaurant in France, where you can dine amongst books and art exhibits – a unique experience.
